“An Faoilean”, Mardyke Park, Skibbereen comprised of an estate with 6 x Single storey one bed units, with all ancillary works

“An Cuan”, Spa Road, Dunmanway comprises of an estate with 18 units, (8 x 2 bed and 10 x 3 bed units, in a mix of house types), and all ancillary works, including roads footpaths, soft play area, large grassed areas, Boundary walls and fencing

Both Projects were urban based and care needed to be taken to ensure dust, noise and vibrations were monitored and controlled.
